Highland Park

This Highland Park home was built in 1927 by the Munger's. I have been the Contractor on this home since the mid 90's.

The structure of the home is concrete which threw many challenges my way in remodeling this extremely elegant Tudor. I have completed many projects on this home including three full period baths, one full period kitchen and laundry room remodel, the addition of an elevator plus many more. I have been able to replicate the woodwork on the interior of this home including the arched top walnut eight panel interior doors on the first floor. I had a blacksmith replicate the hardware as well. I have also been involved in all of the maintenance and upkeep on this home. It is by far one of the most exquisite homes I have had the privilege of working in.
